Refund policy
We don't keep a stock of pre-made items. Our products are made to order or made in limited batches. This means that once you place an order, that order is created just for you. Thus, all sales are deemed final.Â
Please understand that leather is made from the hide of an animal. Because each animal is unique, no hide is identical. Blemishes and color variations are to be expected.

Damages and malfunctions
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please email us promptly at davinostudio@gmail.com within 30 days of receipt to determine eligibility for a return and refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received itâunworn or unused and in its original packaging. Youâll also need to provide the original receipt or proof of purchase.
If your return is accepted, weâll email you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted or refunded.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and work on a solution.
Refunds
We will notify you once weâve received and inspected your returned item, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, youâll be issued a full or partial refund on your original payment method within 7 business days. Please remember that it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
